The Flex Model of Online Learning

Hello, I am Anet Edwards and I am participating in this Mooc to satisfy the requirements for my Degree in Instructional Technology which I will complete this semester.Upon completion of the reading assignments, I realize that our Fast trac Program is very similar to that of The flex model of online learning. For admission to our school, students Must complete the COMPASS (a placement test). For those students who fail the COMPASS, but are still within a 3 points of a passing score, The Fast Trac is suggested. 

These students are given a diagnostic test which will individually customize a set of learning modules for that student. The modules are designed to provide the students with lessons that will build upon his weaknesses in that particular subject. Additionally tutors are o hand to assist these students with help through the modules by providing examples and explaining techniques. The modules include lectures tutorials and videos to further assist the students with the lessons.#vsmooc12
